Snappeas can only be eaten when cooked because their hard shell will only open when exposed to heat. They are an ingredient item for the Ko Kookbook. After being cooked into a dish, the chef will give you some dried snappea seeds as leftovers. You can plant these seeds on loamy soil spots that are covered in snow.
Growing instructions: Snappea seeds MUST be planted DURING WINTER or it will not grow. This is because they love the cold snowy weather.
