About Running along the southwestern coast of Coffee Island, Route 1 is a peaceful path of rolling hills. Views of the ocean can be seen in the distance. The Pokémon on Route 1 are a bit weak (due to the placid nature of the route), but are cheerful and easy to capture. You encounter Professor Crippsii Golden here as she teaches you how to catch Pokemon.
