About This is the fastest known Pokemon. With two sets of wings that beat 250 times per second, it's no wonder that all you see is a colorful flash as this pokemon darts by you! You're better off trying to catch the preevo of this pokemon. Its accuracy, however, is average. Sunset It's wings beat 250 times a minute. Amazingly, its heart and lungs pulsate just as fast. Moonrise Its whole body has evolved to move insanely fast. If it gets struck by lightning, it will go on a rampage.
