| There are only five buoy fruits available in Ko. If fed to a Pokemon, the buoy fruit will max out their defense stat. While held, the buoy fruit will bring the Pokemon's weight down to zero.
A buoy gourd will appear after a Pokemon eats a buoy fruit. Once all five gourds are left floating at a certain point in Ko (only reachable in the Sunset Version), a buoy tree will grow down into the water.
Buoy trees are thousands of feet in height (and hollow). Climbing down into the buoy tree might lead you to a secret area!
